Delta: sync your schedule from MiCrew
Turn on Calendar Sync in MiCrew, then pick that calendar in CrewParent Live.
Open MiCrew and tap the three-line menu (top left).
Tap Settings.
Tap the arrow next to Calendar to open it.
Turn on Auto-Sync.
In CrewParent Live, choose Apple Calendar and pick the calendar MiCrew syncs to.
Auto-Sync updates your iPhone calendar each time you open MiCrew. Open MiCrew after a schedule change, and CrewParent Live picks it up.
Other ways
Upload a calendar file from MiCrew, or enter trips manually.
Good to know
- We never ask for your airline login.
- Simulator and training events usually aren’t on your crew calendar, so they won’t appear.
- CrewParent Live is not affiliated with Delta Air Lines, the Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA), or MiCrew.
