What is shared

Approved family sees what the crew phone has published: trip shape, layover cities, status, and Getting Home. A viewer is someone you approved — not anyone who guessed a pairing number.

What is not

• Personal calendar items. We read flight and trip entries, not the rest of the calendar.
• A mid-flight guarantee. If the phone is in a locked bag, nothing new is published.
• Tickets, jumpseat, or a seat map. Scheduled options are not bookings.
• Airline branding or real tail numbers on this site, or as a family product surface.

Who can see a trip

Pilot or crew decides. Followers wait for approval. Access can be revoked. Enforcement lives on the account and the server.

Calendars and the phone

Calendar access is for crew trips. Live context is only as current as the last time the phone could reach the network. We do not invent a signal.
