United: sync your schedule from CCS+

Turn on Calendar Syncing in CCS+, then pick that calendar in CrewParent Live.

1. In CCS+, tap Schedule → the three dots (top right) → Settings → Calendar Syncing, and turn Calendar Syncing on.

2. Under Calendar sync settings, choose Include trips and As a single event.

3. Turn on every option under Include Trip Details (trip number, number of days, first report/last release, first departure/last arrival stations, layovers).

4. CCS+ links to a guide for adding the calendar to Apple Calendar on your iPhone; follow it.

5. In CrewParent Live, choose Apple Calendar and pick that calendar (United schedules come from ccsplus.ual.com).

Other ways

Upload a calendar file from CCS+, or enter trips manually.

Good to know

• We never ask for your airline login.
• Simulator and ground training events usually aren’t on your crew calendar, so they will not appear. Training events on revenue flights will show as flights when they are added to the Master Schedule, but will not show the type of evaluation or training being conducted (e.g., LCP/QCL flying, line checks, IOE). We do not yet support United Flight Test pilots.
• CrewParent Live is not affiliated with United Airlines, the Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA), or CCS+.
